My name is Lisa-Marie Rupprecht. I am a state-approved educator and certified holistic sleep coach for babies and (small) children.

The cornerstone of my work is LOVE-, BOND- AND NEED-ORIENTED.

It is important for me to recognise the needs of ALL family members. This includes the child's needs for love, bonding, security and safety, but also the parents' needs.

I would like to help parents find the causes of their sleep problems. Together with them, I develop solutions that can help them to get as much sleep and rest as possible. The focus is always on the well-being of the child and the bond between parents and child.
