I'm Julia, I'm from Austria and have a son who was born in May 2022. Through him I became aware of baby sleep and through him baby sleep has become a topic close to my heart.

As a certified baby sleep consultant for babies and toddlers aged 0 to 24 months, it is my mission to provide loving and needs-oriented support to all parents who suffer from challenges and lack of sleep in order to experience a relaxed everyday life and restful nights.

I know from my own experience that more sleep means a better quality of life and I want to use my knowledge to support others in doing the same. ❤
